Calm or Not? Here is the contrast. A calm kiddo or child is a great sleeper, they listen well, they handle change and transitions well, they handle the “noise” and craziness of loud and large crowds and they are great playing with others.
Now the for the opposite or what we call a “Raging-Bull” or “Full-Throttle, Gas Pedal” child. These kiddos are horrible sleepers, they are not able to rest, calm down and actually get deep, restful sleep. They have struggles and challenges with listening to tasks and helping out with chores.
If things don’t go their way or there is a change in plans, the transition is one of meltdowns and tantrums and by that time these kiddos have no interest in playing “nice” with other kids or even their siblings.”
